It’s hard to believe but our much loved brand Coco & Eli is almost gone!

It seems like only yesterday that a colleague and myself were brainstorming one afternoon and conceived the concept that was to become Coco & Eli. (Coco after my daughter and Eli after her son)

It was in fact mid 2006 that we  launched the brand with our now famous Coco & Eli muslin wraps, these days it is not unusual to see two or three prams in one shopping trip with one of these muslin wraps thrown over the pram or held on to for dear life by a babe that has adopted it as their must have accessory.

I have to admit the first time I saw one swaddles around a baby out in public I had a flutter in my tummy, I could not believe that anyone would love something I created as much as I did, but she did I stopped and asked her!

When creating a new label or product it is really difficult to give it universal appeal, I think the beautiful thing about Coco & Eli is everyone loves those birds  mums, dads, grandparents there are no boundaries when it comes to the loyal band of followers we have gained, It has been a pleasure.

So as we come to the final bits and pieces of our  Coco & Eli collection. It is now time for us to say goodbye to this beloved brand.  I am thrilled to have assisted  in creating something truly adorable that I am very proud of. To all of our fantastic customers who have purchased and loved Coco & Eli a big thank you too, I hope you enjoyed it as much as we enjoyed  creating it for your little bundle of joy.

To my colleague who partnered me in this venture thank you, you gave me the knowledge and encouragement to create something fab!

Yep…I know we promised we would never abandon this blog. Seems we did, sorry! we do have excuses, the Christmas rush was crazy our mailing sacks were so full Santa would of looked like a cheapscape in comparison. A bit of breathing space, a quick recovery and we were on for January Deal A Day..Phew!
The last couple of weeks have been consumed by designing and adding the final touches to our winter range and I have to warn you its all too cute for words. We have a brand new range of our much loved Birthday Tees coming and all I can say is wow! We have also gone up to a size 5 which is exciting.
We have also finally given in to a barage of pleading emails about Coco & Eli and gone into production to add a delicious range of Babygrows, nighties and bedding, we are expecting delivery by the end of March at the very latest.
Lastly we are doing some work on the website, not major changes but we have taken all the fab feedback on board and making some changes for the better. We can’t wait!
