The Hip Infant respects your privacy. Your personal details will not be disclosed or sold, unless ordered by a court of law. Your information will be used to process orders only. Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please email us unsubscibe@thehipinfant.com.au

Pricing

All pricing on The Hip Infant is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. The Hip Infant reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Ordering

At The Hip Infant, We understand that customers have different needs and desires. We have devised several forms of ordering so you the customer can decide what best suits you.

Online

Orders can be made online with the help of our user–friendly shopping cart system. Our order form is running on an eComm secure server using an eWay payment gateway, and details are scrambled—everything about you remains confidential. We accept payment online by Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.

E–mail

We accept orders via email. Simply email order@thehipinfant.com.au to let us know what you want, and your method of payment. We will contact you within 24 hours with order confirmation and payment details.

Fax or Mail

Orders can be made via fax or mail. Simply print the order form, and include payment details.We accept credit card, cheque, money order or direct deposit:

Clearance

Goods paid for by cheque, money order or direct deposit will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
Please consider this may take up to 4 working days in some cases.

Out Of Stock Items / Back–Orders

From time to time, things will be out of stock. Should this happen, we will be in contact immediately and notify you of this. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternate product, or we can back–order your item. In the event that more than one item is ordered, the items in–stock will be dispatched to you, and the back–ordered item shipped once we have received it, at our own expense.
Please note: We will not back order on sale or discounted items.

Exchanges

At The Hip Infant we appreciate that although the standard of our product is exceptional, from time to time a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size, colour, or they just may not like it. If that is the case we encourage you to contact us via email, phone or fax to arrange an exchange. Your satisfaction is important to us. Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact. An additional delivery fee for this service will be charged.
Please note: Sale items are not exchangeable, and all sales are final.

Faulty Goods

At The Hip Infant every dispatched item, is checked and packaged with care. However we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us via phone, email or fax to discuss. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. The Hip Infant will give a full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault. Shipping costs will not be included in refund.
